金属矿山智能充填技术的系统演进与未来图景

摘要: 在国家积极推进智慧矿山建设和实施“十五五”规划,以实现矿业高质量发展与“双碳”目标的大背景 下,膏体充填技术因其环境友好性,成为现代矿业的优选方案。然而,膏体充填作为一个复杂非线性系统,对工艺稳定 性和运行效率要求极高。针对膏体充填系统复杂非线性特征,系统梳理了金属矿山智能充填在尾砂浓密、均质搅拌 与管道输送三大核心环节的发展历程及关键技术突破。研究表明:智能充填技术正由基础机械化、单环节自动化向 AI驱动的“感知—决策—执行”闭环系统演进,即浓密环节实现了基于深锥压缩与“前馈—反馈”的协同控制,搅拌环 节通过流变参数实时监测实现了自适应转速控制,管输环节构建了高精度监测与自适应调控体系。在集成层面,充 填自控系统正由DCS集成向融合AI算法的“一键充填”与数字孪生自主优化阶段迈进。“十五五”乃至更长一段时 期,以数字孪生为平台的系统全流程协同运行将成为最高形态,为矿业绿色安全转型提供关键支撑。

Abstract: Driven by the national "Smart Mine" initiative and the implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan,paste backfill technology has emerged as a preferred solution for high-quality development and the "Dual Carbon" goals in modern mining.However,as a complex non-linear system,paste backfilling demands extreme process stability and operational efficien cy.This study systematically reviews the evolution and key technical breakthroughs of intelligent backfilling across three core stages:tailings thickening,homogeneous mixing,and pipeline transport.Research indicates that intelligent backfill technology is evolving from basic mechanization and localized automation toward an AI-driven "perception-decision-execution" closed-loop system.Specifically,the thickening stage has achieved collaborative control based on deep-cone compression and "feedforward feedback" mechanisms;the mixing stage employs real-time rheological monitoring for adaptive speed control;and the transport stage has established high-precision monitoring and adaptive regulation systems.At the integration level,control systems are ad vancing from DCS-based integration toward AI-enhanced "one-key backfilling" and digital-twin-driven autonomous optimiza tion.Looking toward the 15th Five-Year Plan period and beyond,full-process collaborative operation based on digital twin plat forms will emerge as the ultimate form of this technology,providing critical support for the green and safe transformation of the mining industry.
