含铁粉矿球团化制备工艺研究

摘要: 金属粉矿球团化后进行冶炼是有效利用宝贵金属矿资源的手段之一。采用自制的新型无机有机复合粘结剂,探索了加热固化制度、粘结剂的加入量对含铁粉矿球团化后抗压力的影响,并进一步探索了该工艺对不同含铁粉矿的适应性。研究结果表明:采用先加热至105 ℃然后保温0.5 h,再连续升温到500 ℃,并保温1 h的加热固化工艺,可使球团试样径向抗压力从1.573 1 kN提高到1.912 2 kN,分析表明这是粉矿中粘土烧结的结果。粘结剂较合适的加入量为12%,此时其抗压力可达1.912 2 kN,球团的转鼓指数可达67%,这能满足实际生产的要求。对不同含铁粉矿的试验研究表明,该工艺对粉矿原料没有特别的要求,具有适应性广的特点。

Abstract: Smelting the pellet of metallic powder ore is one of means in effective utilization of precious metal ore resources. With the new organic and inorganic composite binder made by ourselves, the influences of heat curing systems and binder amount to the force after ferruginous powder ore to be pellets were explored and the adaptability of the process for different ferruginous powder ore was further investigated. The results showed that the process of the first 105℃ heating for 0.5 h, and following heating to 500 ℃ for1 h, made the radial pressure resistance of the pellet samples increase from 1.573 1 kN to 1.912 2 kN. This is resulting from the clay sinter in ore powder. When binder amounted to 12%, the pressure resistance reached 1.912 2 kN and the drum index of pellet tumbler index reached 67%, which met the practical requirements of production. The experiments for different ferruginous powder ore showed that the process does not have special requirement on ore powder material, and can be widely applied.
