振动筛筛箱模态特性分析及动强度校核

摘要: 在总结工程经验,综合分析振动筛系统的基础上,采用三维软件建立了振动筛筛箱的参数化有限元模型,并讨论了建模中的问题。对振动筛筛箱进行模态分析,获得了筛箱前14阶固有频率和对应的主振型。对振动筛筛箱进行谐响应分析,确定了筛箱各结点处位移、动应力分布规律。根据仿真结果,进行了振动筛筛箱的动刚度及动强度校核。结果表明,所建立的有限元模型能较好反映筛箱的实际结构特点,可以满足应力分析的要求。由模态分析看出,筛箱固有频率和工作频率不重合,因此在工作中不会产生共振。由谐响应分析得出,动刚度及动强度满足设计要求。本研究为振动筛的大型化、重型化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Based on practical experiences and comprehensive analysis of vibration screen system, a parameterized finite element model of Vibrating Screen Box was set up by a 3D software and the related issues in modeling were also discussed. The first 14 step natural frequencies and its relevant normal modes of the screen box were gained by modal analysis of the vibrating screen box. The distribution rule of all the nodes displacement and dynamic stress were identified by harmonic response simulation. Based on the simulation results, the dynamic rigidity and strength of the Vibrating Screen Box were checked. The results showed that the established finite element model of the screen box was well coincide with the actual structure, which also can satisfy the requirements of stress analysis. According to the modal analysis, the natural frequency is not coincident to working frequency, so there would be no resonance occur during work. According to the harmonic response analysis, the dynamic rigidity and strength of the screen box can meet the design requirement. This paper proposed a theoretical basis for designing large-sized and heavy-duty Vibrating Screens.
