摘要 通过研究现有的风险评价方法,发现二维风险评价模型的片面和不足之处;在此基础上融入了采空区风险因素重要程度这一属性,提出了采空区三维风险评价模型。对云南某锰矿一采空区建立风险因素评价体系,利用专家打分法对采空区风险发生的可能性、风险后果的严重度和风险因素的重要程度进行定量评价,从而计算出出该空区的风险量,并对其进行分级,得出影响该空区不可接受的风险因素。

Abstract: The investigation on the existing risk assessment methods showed that two-dimensional risk assessment model was one-sided and inadequate. On the basis of introducing the importance of risk factors of gob into the research, a three dimensional risk assessment model for god is proposed. A risk evaluation system is built for mined-out area of a Manganese Mine in Yunnan, and the quantitative evaluation on likelihood of risk in gob, risk seriousness, of the consequences and the importance of risk factors of for to calculate out the risk of risks will be determined by the scoring method from experts. Then the evaluation is classified to get an unacceptable impact of risk factors on the mined-out area.
