摘要: 根据堆积型铝土矿矿体的特点,结合生产工艺技术的要求,构建堆积型铝土矿堆场的不定量与定量配矿的数学模型。利用运筹学优化软件Xpress-MP对模型进行计算,确定最优的配矿方案。该模型在保证资源的可持续利用,指导矿山的生产、运营,提高矿山企业的经济效益等方面有极其重要的作用。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the accumulated bauxite and the demands of production technology, the mathematical model for non-quantitative and quantitative ore blending in yard was constructed. After calculation by optimizing simulation software Xpress-MP with operation research, the optimal scheme of ore blending was determined. The mathematical model is of great importance to keep the sustainable utilization of the bauxite resources, instruct the production and operation of the mines and improve the economic benefit of enterprises.
