高应力区巷道卸压支护技术及应用

摘要: 随着矿山地下开采深度的增加,地压问题对开采的影响也日趋严重。维护回采巷道的稳定性是开采能否顺利进行的关键。理论分析和工程实践表明,在高应力区或受采动应力影响严重的区域,可以采用卸压支护的方式来维护巷道的稳定性。因此,可以采用卸压开采的方式来降低开采区域的应力,并根据卸压后应力降低程度选择合理的支护形式和参数,从而通过卸压支护达到维护巷道稳定性的目的。现场工业试验表明,采用卸压支护技术可以有效协调巷道周围岩体的变形,达到维护巷道的稳定性。

Abstract: With the underground mining depth increased, the development working failure is more and more serious because of high ground pressure. It is of significance to keep those development workings stable. Based on the theoretical analysis and the tests, the depressurized support can be adopted to keep the development stability in the high stress area or some area that are seriously affected by mining stress. In this way, the high stress can be released by depressurized mining. Based on the stress reduced degree, the suitable support form and parameters can be chosen so as to keep the development working stable by depressurizing the support. And the industrial application results show that the depressurized support technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rocks in tunnel and keep the tunnel stable.
