某鲕状高磷赤、褐铁矿回转窑磁化焙烧试验研究

Experimental Study on Rotary Magnetic Roasting for a High-phosphorus Oolitic Hematite and Limonite Ore

摘要: 针对四川某鲕状高磷赤、褐铁矿进行了Φ800 mm×9 000 mm回转窑磁化焙烧半工业试验研究,在焙烧过程中添加自行研发成功的LCP降磷药剂获得了理想的降磷效果。通过试验,得到了工艺综合条件为焙烧温度1 000  ℃,焙烧时间45 min,焦炭用量8%,焦炭粒度-1 mm,球团直径-30+10 mm,LCP用量10%,一段磨矿细度-0.100 mm占95%,弱磁选磁感应强度B1=0.30 T,二段磨矿细度-0.045 mm占80%以上,弱磁选磁感应强度B2=0.12 T。在此综合条件下可得到铁品位65.93%,含磷0.225%,铁回收率78.91%的选矿指标,该工艺的成功为难选高磷铁矿石的开发利用提供了一条新思路。

Abstract: The pilot tests ofΦ800 mm×9 000 mm rotary magnetic roasting are carried out for a Sichuan high phosphorus oolitic hematite-limonite ore. The new Pharmacy (LCP) which is developed by our own, was added into roasting process, leading to an ideal effect of phosphorus reduction. Through the tests, an integrated process condition was obtained as follows: roasting temperature at 1 000 ℃, roasting time at 45  min, coke content of 8%, coke size of -1 mm, pellet diameter of -30 +10 mm, LCP amount of 10%, first stage grinding fineness of -0.100 mm 100%, the weak magnetic field intensity B1 = 0.30 T, second stage grinding fineness of -0.045mm more than 80%, the weak magnetic field strength B2= 0.12 T. Under these conditions, a good index can be achieved with iron grade of 65.93%, phosphorus grade of 0.225%, iron recovery of 78.91%. The success of the process provides a new thought for development and utilization of high-phosphorus refractory iron ores.
