解决静电除尘器粉尘粘结力的新构想

摘要: 分析了在我国的环境保护方面使用静电除尘器的必要性和使用情况;简要介绍静电除尘器在国内外研究现状,指出静电除尘器使用所面临的挑战和目前技术方面存在的主要问题;总结大量国外研究成果,指出影响除尘器效果的最主要因素是粉体的粘结力,提出了从粉体极化理论和极板电子逸出功角度考虑来调节极板和粉体间的粘结力的想法。在上述理论研究基础上,提出了选取一种能够调节粉尘粘结力的涂层用于极板表面这一最新研究方向。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the necessity and application of ESP in environmental protection in our country, briefly introduces ESP research status at home and abroad, pointing out challenges and current main problems of technical aspects facing by ESP application. From summing up a large number of foreign researches, it is pointed out that the most important factor of impacting ESP is dust cohesive force. The idea of adjusting the cohesive force between polar plate and dust is put forwards from the perspective of dust polarization theory and polar plate electronic work function. According to theoretical study above, the latest research that selects a coating used in cohesive force surface to adjust dust cohesive force is proposed.
