PHGM-600型永磁高梯度磁选机的研制

摘要: 介绍一种最新研制的PHGM-600型永磁高梯度磁选机。该设备采用钕铁硼材料组成磁系,背景磁感应强度为0.65~0.75 T,导磁介质选用导磁不锈钢棒,介质表面磁感应强度可达到1.2 T。实验室应用试验结果表明,PHGM-600型永磁高梯度磁选机对鞍山式赤铁矿的分选指标和对长石矿的除铁效果均较好。

Abstract: There is presented a  PHGM-600 permanent magnetism high gradient magnetic separator.Which adopts Nd-Fe-B materials to form the magnet system, its background magnetic field intensity is up to 0.65~0.75 T. When the stainless steel rods are selected as magnetic media, its surface magnetic induction will reach 1.2 T. The experiment results indicated that good indexes were achieved in separation of Anshan-type hematite and Fe reduction of feldspar by PHGM-type high gradient magnetic separator.
