河北某极贫铁矿石选矿试验

Study on Beneficiation Tests of an Extremely Low Grade Magnetic Iron Ore in Hebei

摘要: 河北某极贫铁矿石铁品位仅15.69%,铁的赋存形式主要为磁铁矿(50.16%)。为了给该矿石的开发提供技术支撑,采用干式预选—阶段磨矿—阶段弱磁选和干式预选—阶段磨矿—细筛—阶段弱磁选流程就矿石中磁铁矿的回收进行了选矿试验,分别获得了铁品位为66.12%,铁回收率为50.14%和铁品位为66.20%,铁回收率为49.87%的铁精矿。根据试验结果,结合国内选矿实践,将干式预选—阶段磨矿—细筛—阶段弱磁选流程作为推荐流程。

Abstract: The extremely low grade iron ore in Hebei contains 15.69% of TFe only, and iron ores mainly exist in magnetite (50.16%).In order to provide the technical support for the development of the ore, beneficiation tests on recovery of magnetite are made by the process of dry pre-concentration-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation and the process of pre-concentration-stage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation.Then, the iron concentrates grading at 66.12% and 66.20% with Fe recovery of 50.14% and 49.87% are respectively obtained.According to the experimental results, and combining with the practice of beneficiation at domestic, the process of dry pre-concentration-stage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation is recommended.
