三山岛金矿海底高效开采工业试验

摘要: 国内外海下开采的矿山很少,三山岛金矿新立矿区属于我国第一个海下开采的金属矿山,有必要对海底金属安全开采进行全面的研究。根据矿区生产实际和国内外开采相关经验,提出了脉外采准岩层微扰低沉降房柱式分层充填采矿法,选择了合理的采准方案和回采顺序。工业试验结果表明,脉外采准岩层微扰低沉降房柱式分层充填采矿法具有作业面多、单位面积开采强度大、采矿效率高等显著优点,对海下开采具有重大意义,有着显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Submarine mining exploitation is rare at domestic and overseas.Xinli mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine,is the first metal mine carrying out submarine mining exploitation in our country.It is necessary to make a full investigation on submarine safety of metal mining.According to production practice and relevant experience at home and abroad,the perturbation layered back-filling method of low room pillar settlement in quasi strata outside vein is proposed and reasonable mining quasi scheme and recovery sequence are determined.Industrial test results show that the perturbation layered back-filling method of low room pillar settlement in quasi strata outside vein has significant advantages of more working faces,higher mining intensity per unit area,higher mining efficiency and so on.It is of great significance for submarine exploitation and owns remarkable economic and social benefit.
