Abstract: To reduce the blasting fragmentation as much as possible in the production organization of a mining-mineral processing complex is the basis for realizing its rational economic objective. Therefore, study was made through fishbone diagram, failure mode analysis, complete factor analysis, rapid improvement of selected factors, correlation and significance analysis by test design and optimization of key factors by tuning diagram. As a result, the correlation among three parameters influencing blasting fragmentation was found and an effective technical method for reducing the blasting fragmentation was summed up, which is of very important significance to guiding the practical production and has achieved significant economic benefits in practice.
