摘要: 采用列管式反应器,以不同产地的石灰石为原料,硫酸钠为晶型控制剂,制备了不同形貌的纳米级碳酸钙,并利用SEM、XRD等对颗粒进行了表征。研究表明,该工艺制备的纳米碳酸钙耗能低,粒径分布窄,形貌和粒径可通过选用适当产地的原料、添加晶型控制剂、改变二氧化碳的流量等试验条件来控制,该工艺具有很强的市场潜力。

Abstract: Nano sized calcium carbonates of various shapes were prepared by tubular reactor and with limestone from different places of origin as the raw material and sodium sulfate as the crystal shape controller. The grains of Nano sized calcium carbonates are characterized by SEM and XRD. The research indicates that this process for producing nano sized calcium carbonates is characterized by low energy consumption,narrow size distribution and shape & grain size selectivity through choosing materials from proper places of origin,adding grain shape controller and changing the flow rate of carbon dioxide. Therefore,this process has strong market potential.
