Abstract: The paper describes the main problems in China's mine environment, which is characterized by adverse production environment, discharge of “three wastes”, geological disaster, destruction of environment resource, etc.In light of these problems, the paper suggests to adopt the treatment way of administrative system, such as, to establish an explicit property right system of mine environment resource, to perfect the legal system concerning the mine ecological environment protection, and to execute the mine environment access system.Meanwhile, the paper puts forward the technical control measures including clean production, “three wastes' treatment and ecological reclamation of used land for the improvement of China's mine environment.
