Abstract

Abstract: The paper describes the preparation of glass ceramic from Jinchuan nickel flash furnace slag after iron removal. The effect of CaO/SiO₂on the crystallization of glass ceramic made from nickel slag is investigated by differential thermal analysis method. The effect of CaO/SiO₂ on the microstructure of glass ceramic made from nickel slag is analyzed by XRD diffraction and SEM analysis techniques,and the difficulty of crystallization, crystal shape and crystallinity change law of glass ceramic from nickel slag at different CaO/SiO₂ ratios are found.
