Abstract: On the basis of fully analysis of many influence factors of mining method，the mining methods for complex low grade iron mine are selected and optimized by using engineering analogy，empirical design calculation and the test method of the stope Then the low cost，high efficiency grail area，high layer back-filling method which ramp into the stope directly for this mode of ore-body is established，and some mining problems such as high stripping ratio,low efficiency mining for this type of ore body is solved.
