Abstract: Mining scheme optimization is a typical multi-objective decision-making problem，which involves the economic benefits and resources of mines.Traditional method is usually used to achieve it，but sometimes it's difficult to select the final solution from several non-inferior solutions.In order to seek an effective method in mining scheme decision analysis，on the basis of the model of hierarchy relationship，focused on how to evaluate the weighted average，which was used in the simple method of weighted mean to get the solution.A gold mine was taken  as an example to verify the feasibility，reliability and applicability of the method，which achieved a satisfactory result.
