Experimental Study on Mineral Processing Technology of High Phosphorous Hematite-limonite Ore in Yunnan Province

Abstract: An iron ore in Yunnan has complex properties, the useful mineral are mainly for hematite,limonite,phosphorus content is higher, fine disseminated extent and uneven,some of phosphorus occurs in iron ore in the form of isomorphism.Using magnetic separation and gravity separation joint flowsheet with staged grinding-staged separation, available for iron grade is 59.01% , recovery is 61.06%,0.34% P content of iron concentrate.
