Abstract: In order to realize the remote monitoring and management for mixed explosive vehicles, a wireless video surveillance system architecture for mixed explosives vehicles based on the mixed quality of service control (QoS) technology was proposed.The principal factors affecting the quality of service were analyzed, combined with the network quality of service control and end-to-end quality of service control technology, built the wireless video surveillance platform mixed QoS control.The system had set up a special database and its services for mixed explosives vehicles.In order to establish wireless video and data transmission based on GPRS/3G network, the platform adjusted the network structure and optimized network equipment on the QoS control.After the platform built, the mix explosive vehicles can stably transmit the real-time video and data through GPRS/3G network to the user.
