Abstract: Selected heading face miners of a plateau mine with oxygen supplementation of diffusion, with oxygen supplementation of carrying oxygen bottle with breathing mask and without oxygen supplementation, in addition to oxygen supplementation the miners worked as usual.Designed face oxygen supply system of diffusion, while set 4 objective signs and 8 observation signs for qualitative and quantitative analysis the effect of oxygen supplementation.The partial pressure of oxygen had changed after face oxygen supplementation of diffusion, and drew the distribution curve of it.Using objective signs and observation signs to comprehensive study on the effect of oxygen supplementation for plateau mine, the results show that oxygen supplementation could improve the oxygen saturation, reduce the pulse rate and the number of breaths per minute of tunneling workers; physiological function of human body enhanced, body discomfort symptoms obviously improved; in general, oxygen supplying way of diffusion was more suitable for oxygen supplementation of plateau mine.
