Abstract: Based on the actual situation，Houzhuang mine itself developed，designed and built the cemented filling system-the filling process with on-site secondary pulping by tailing filtration.After three times planning and renovations，the cemented filling system was constantly improved and eventually realized the automation control of the filling process.Through contrasting 3 sets of effective parameters in cemented filling system，the third system has a stable pulping concentration and accurately-controlled cement-sand ratio，and can greatly increase the filling quality and efficiency.It can meet the needs of production.
