Abstract: Aiming at the geological and geophysical characteristics of surrounding massif around Majiatian tailing dam in Panzhihua，the blind faults in the site are explored in detail by using the shallow seismic method，the high density resistivity method，gravitational method and radon survey，and the geophysical data is emphatically explained.The result shows that an appropriate complex method could help to reduce the multi-solutions of inversion to a certain extent and increase the reliability of the geophysical prospecting.
