Abstract: With the principles of construction like advanced technology，reasonable overall arrangement，moderate investment，good economic benefits，the optimization potentiality in development system，ventilation system，transportation system，filling system，mining methods，mining equipment in primary construction and implementation plan of Zhangjiaxialou iron mine are carried out.Therefore，the whole production system become more reasonable and smooth through further optimization for above hands.Capital quantities and capital investment are obviously reduced with construction scheduling speeded up and construction period shortened.
