Abstract: With self-developed new collector GYY-1 and GYY-3 instead of ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate, collector DY with a blistering performance developed by Guangzhou Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals instead of 2# oil, the problem of the worsening lead-antimony concentrate index in recent years in a Guangxi lead-antimony-zinc-tin polymetallic ore was solved without changing the on-site processing. In laboratory tests, Pb+Sb grade in lead-antimony concentrate was increased by 2.91%, and lead and antimony recoveries increased by 6.47% and 4.23%. In industrial applications, Pb+Sb grade in lead-antimony concentrate was increased 0.85%, and lead-antimony recovery increased by 3.75%. According to the industrial applications, it is expected that the annual economic benefits of 13.23 million yuan be gained with the new collectors in concentrator.
