Abstract: The numerical model of a mining engineering stability classification is established. According to the safety coefficient classification from the numerical calculation results, the classification area map with the safety coefficient for - 430 m level mining area is drawn, and the -430 m level mining area is classified with RMR classification and Q classification. Combining with the two classification results, the -430 m level's rock mass classification area map with the safety coefficient is overlaid on that of the comprehensive rock mass to gain the engineering stability classification of -430 m level. Meanwhile, the tunnel support method with the corresponding engineering stability classification is given, thus providing a reference for right underground tunnel support.
