Abstract: In order to provide the technical basis for the development and utilization of a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore, beneficiation tests on comprehensive recovery of iron and titanium are made. The results show that iron concentrate with Fe grade of 64.42% and recovery of 55.42% is obtained by adopting the process of two stages grinding-stage low intensity magnetic separation from the raw ore. Tailings are treated by the open-circuit process of rough concentration with spiral chute-one cleaning with table. Then, titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 33.88%, and the recovery of 32.83% by gravity separation and the recovery TiO2 of 27.78% of the raw ore are obtained. The product can be sold as raw materials of protecting the furnace.
