Research on Optimal Effect Simulation of Ventilation System in Yushiwa Iron Mine

Abstract: Taking 22# stope as the research background,and on the basis of the gas movement and the solution theory,the computational fluid mechanics FLUENT model is used to make an effect simulation and reverse air simulation on the optimal scheme of 22# stope.Then,according to the contrasts of the simulation air volume with the designed air volume,the common air ventilation,and the reverse air volume,the air speed and volume at the section of each survey point are analyzed with the purpose of grasping the influence area and the ventilation condition,air direction,air volume and its stability in the reversed air situation.The simulation result and the design result are consistent with each other .In reverses air conditions,the air volume at each main return air-way can reach 60% of the air volume at the normal situation of the fan.And according to the actual condition,the air backing at the main return air-way can be realized within 10 min.The research indicated that this ventilating proposal is feasible and effective,and the ventilating circuit,direction and air volume can meet the design requirements.Meanwhile,when the fan is reversed,the air backing effect can also meet the requirements.
