Abstract: A neotype cementing material was developed by using industrial residue，and its consolidation on whole-tailings highly exceed that of the cement.Slump test，consistency test and delamination test were carried out on the condition of different cement-sand ratio and different weight concentration in order to detect the liquidity of the neotype cementing material.The results show that the liquidity of neotype cementing material is as same as that of 32.5# cement under conditions of the same cement-sand ratio and weight concentration.The filling slurry with neotype cementing materials can meet the requirement of pipeline transportation.
