Abstract: In Vietnam there is a ilmenite mine with TiO₂ grade of 6.04% and particle size of 62.34% passing 80 mesh.The main metallic minerals are ilmenite and titanomagnetite，and parts of ilmenite have been liberated.In order to make highly efficient exploitation and utilization of the ore，dressing experiments have been done on the representative samples.The results indicated that：①Through the process of gravity of one roughing-one cleaning gravity separation by shaking table，and one stage high intensity magnetic separation for the middlings from the gravity，high quality of Ti-Fe concentrate was obtained.②Through the process of one roughing-one cleaning gravity separation by shaking table，and one stage high intensity magnetic separation for the middlings from gravity，one roughing-two cleaning flotation for mixed tailings of gravity and magnetic separation after regrinding at 80% passing 200 mesh，Ti-Fe concentrate with TiO₂ grade of 46.45% and recovery of 77.52% was obtained.
