Mechanics Analysis and Construction Process of Light-weight Retaining Wall for Backfill

Abstract: There is a complex interaction mechanism between filling slurry and retaining,and the stability of filling retaining wall has a direct influence on mining and filling cycle and mining safety.According to the theory of hydrostatic pressures,the mechanical analysis of the two kinds of slurry height which one was higher than filling retaining wall and the other was lower than retaining wall was carried out.In addition,its maximum torque point was calculated.The construction techniques of the retaining wall,including position selection,wire rope fastening and hanging net,wood board installation and nylon cloth laying process were described in detail.Theoretical analysis and field application showed that the stress concentration of the retaining wall was expressed in the height range of 2 m and the bottom can be properly reinforced.The production cycle of light retaining wall was short,greatly reducing cycle time of mining and backfilling and providing a reliable guarantee for safe mining.
