Abstract: The paper introduces the research experiments on selection of inhibitor，grinding fineness，dosage of oleic acid，and verification effect of new technology for a fluorite mine with high content of carbonate in Jinta county of Gansu.The results showed that fluorite concentrate with CaF₂，CaCO₃，SiO₂ content of 98.02 %，0.70%，1.10% at CaF₂ recovery of 82.03% was obtained by the process of one-roughing and six-cleaning，two-scavenging and one-cleaning with the acidic water glass and T-29 as combining inhibitor for calcite and quartz，and oleic acid as collector for fluorite，which realized an effective separation of fluorite，calcite and quartz.
