Investigation of the Pre-concentration of a Shanxi Ultra-lean Magnetite Ore by Using BKY Pre-separator

Abstract: he features of BKY drum magnetic separator for pre-concentration are described briefly. A small BKY pre-separator was used for a Shanxi ultra-lean magnetite ore containing much earth. The result shows an evident pre-concentration and tailing discarding effect of this separator, thus providing a new way for the exploration and utilization of magnetite resource of this type.
