Abstract: GIS technology was used in the “management system for control point measurement results”, which has solved the long-standing problem of disorder and scattered management of control points and realized maximized data resource sharing and mutual supplement, thus bringing extreme convenience to mapping.The management system for control point measurement results is an important component of basic geographic information system.The application of GIS technology has helped realize the functions of data entry, storage and inquiry and the double-way inquiry of “from table to graph” and “from graph to table”, hereby making up the deficiency of conventional management information system and realizing an integrated management of the graphic information and attribute information of control points.
