歪头山铁矿岩石可爆性研究

摘要: 露天矿山爆破参数直接影响矿山生产与安全,影响爆破质量与生产成本,针对本钢歪头山铁矿采场矿岩爆破大块率高、留底根、严重影响矿岩铲装效率的问题,进行了采场岩石可爆性分析研究,实验测定了14种有代表性的矿岩多项影响爆破效果的物理力学指标,采用可爆性分级指标计算公式计算分级指数,根据分级指数分布将采场矿岩分为易爆、中等、难爆3个等级,为实现采场爆破参数和工艺标准化作业提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The blasting parameters affect the blast quality and production cost and thus, can directly influence the mine production and safety. In view of the blasting problems in Waitoushan Iron Mine such as high large fragment rate and large toe which seriously affect the loading efficiency, the research on the rock Blastability is made. Several physicomechanical properties that can affect the blasting effect are tested on 14 representative ore-rock samples and their blastability is classified into easy-, medium- and difficult-to- blast groups using the calculation equation for blastability classification indexes and according to the classification exponent distribution, thus providing an important theoretical basis for the standardization of the blasting parameters and process.
