新型SSS高梯度强磁选机在酒钢选矿厂的应用研究

摘要: 针对酒钢选矿厂新项目中高梯度强磁选机回收细粒级矿的介质堵塞问题,采用水气混合冲洗专利技术,经工业单元介质和整机试验表明,采用该项技术可大幅度提高冲洗率,有效地防止介质堵塞,同时选别指标明显改善。工业应用表明,新型SSS高梯度强磁选机可使精矿产率提高12.85个百分点,回收率提高16.81个百分点。

Abstract: In view of the medium blockage problem in high gradient high magnetic separator for recovering fine particles in the new project of JiuSteel Concentrator, a patented technology of water-gas mixed flushing is used.Industrial single kind of medium and integral unit tests indicate that the adoption of this technology can greatly improve the flushing rate, effectively prevent the medium from blockage and meantime evidently improve the metallurgical performance.The industrial test shows that this new type SSS high gradient magnetic separator can improve the concentrate yield by 12.85% and recovery by16.81%.
