Abstract: The paper describes the application of PLC technology in the automatic control system of grinding and separation of Beiminghe Concentrator, including the integral structure and the system function.The control principles and functions for the grinding process, classification process and separation process are also presented.The practice shows that the application of this technology has made each process of the concentrator reliable and easy to operate.The process performances have all meet the design requirements and good economical and social benefits been achieved.
