影响铜矿排土场堆浸渗透性的主要因素分析

摘要: 铜矿排土场渗滤浸出,堆体的渗透性是关键。以德兴铜矿排土场浸出为例,从矿石块度、筑堆方式、机械压实、泥质及粉矿含量等几个方面,系统研究了影响排土场渗透性的主要因素,结果表明:泥质及粉矿含量高、筑堆偏析及机械压实是导致排土场低渗透性的主要原因。通过革新爆破和筑堆工艺,机械松动,添加疏松剂,敷设助渗设施及破碎熟化造粒浸出等技术手段,可以有效改善排土场的渗透性,提高金属回收率。

Abstract: The permeability of piled body is the key in the dump leaching in copper mines. With Dexing Copper Mine as the case, the main factors influencing the permeability in the dump leaching are systematically studied from ore size, stacking mode, mechanical compaction, clay and powder ore content, etc. The results show that high content of clay and powder ore, gravity segregation in stacking and mechanical compaction are the main causes leading to low permeability. The technical means such as innovated blasting and stacking process, mechanical loosing, addition of loosing agent, installation of permeation-assisting facility and crushing-ageing-granulation leaching can effectively improve the permeability of the dump and the metal recovery.
