采准巷道交岔点围岩受力状态的三维数值模拟研究

摘要: 本研究以程潮铁矿为工程背景,针对无底柱分段崩落法开采过程中存在采准巷道纵横交错,形成众多的交岔点,是采场中最容易变形破坏的区段,对井下安全生产构成严重工程危害的问题,采用FLAC3D分析软件,对巷道受力状态较差的联巷交岔点进行三维数值模拟分析,研究其围岩的应力、应变分布特征及规律。不仅弥补了理论分析和现场实测研究中存在的不足,而且对地压控制也具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract: There are many intersections due to crisscrossed preparatory workings in the non-pillar sublevel caving in Chengchao Iron Mine, which is taken as the engineering background in the study. They are the most easily deformed and destructed zone in the stope, seriously endangering the underground safety production. FLAC3D analysis software is used to make 3D numerical simulation analysis of the intersections between link roadways that have poor stress status, in which the wall stress and strain distribution character and law are studied. It can not only make up the deficiency in the theoretical analysis and practical site measurement investigation, but also is of great practical significance in ground pressure control.
