选矿分级泵池液位的模糊控制算法研究

摘要: 针对金属选矿的分级中的泵池液位提出了模糊智能控制算法,解决了泵池液位剧烈变化引起泵的吞吐量变化以及水力旋流器工作分级效果降低等问题。仿真结果表明,系统的稳态误差小于0.53%,与现有生产工艺相比,大大降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量,满足生产工艺要求。

Abstract: A fuzzy intelligent control arithmetic was proposed for the control of the pulp level of the classification pump-sump in metal mineral processing. It has solved the problem of the variation of pump throughput due to the sharp variation of the pump-sump pulp level that can lead to a reduction of the hydrocyclone classification efficiency. The simulation results indicate that the system steady error is below 0.53% and compared to the existing production process, it can greatly reduce the production cost, improve the product quality and satisfy the product process requirements.
