摘要/Abstract

摘要： 安全首先是人的生命安全，安全的工作的目的是人，责任也在人。从安全管理内涵、安全文化核心及“以人为本”思想对安全工作的意义等方面进行了论述。提出了只有坚持以人为本，才能搞好安全生产；只有实现安全生产，才能体现以人为本等观点。

关键词: 以人为本, 事故预防, 协调发展

Abstract: Safety is first the human life safety and the purpose of safety work is for people and the responsibility also lies in people. The significance of safety work is discussed from the safety management connotation, safety cultural core and “giving priority to people” concept. It is held that only by persisting in taking the people in the first place can the safety production be realized, and only by realizing the safety production can the viewpoint of “giving the priority to people” be embodied.
