摘要/Abstract

摘要： 结合实例，从人的意识、人的自身素质、人的精神状态和人适应环境的能力，及社会影响等方面分析了矿山安全事故产生的原因，对安全管理中人的因素进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了防止安全事故发生的防范措施。

关键词: 安全意识, 侥幸心理, 习惯意识, 心理素质, 生理状态

Abstract: In combination with real cases, the causes for mine safety accidents are analyzed from the aspects of human consciousness, self-quality, psychosis status, adaptability to the environment and social impact. The human factors in the safety management are studied. On this basis, the preventative measures for safety accidents are proposed.
