某地下矿山充填采矿过程的ABAQUS数值模拟分析

摘要: 运用大型三维有限元软件ABAQUS,基于现场地质调查和室内试验得到的数据, 根据矿体开采条件,建立开采模型,对矿体开采和充填过程进行了数值分析,得到了每一施工步的应力场和位移场分布规律。对于每一施工步而言,围岩中应力场由于开挖效应先增大,后因充填作用又减小。结果表明,使用上向水平胶结充填法时,采用胶结充填和尾砂充填可以有效控制采场围岩的稳定性。充填体可以有效地抑制围岩应力释放和变形,减缓岩层储备能量的释放速率,避免出现冲击地压等动压现象。同时对采场的稳定性和安全性做出了综合评判,得出一些非常有益的结论。

Abstract: Based on the data obtained in the site geological survey and laboratory test,a mining model is built and numerical analysis is made of the orebody mining and filling processes by employing the large three-dimensional finite element software ABAQUS to obtain the distribution law of the stress field and displacement field for every construction step. The results show that when the method of upward horizontal slicing with cemented filling is used, cemented filling and tailings filling can be used to effectively control the stability of the wall rock of the stope. The filling body can effectively depress the stress release and deformation of the wall rock, thus retarding the release rate of the energy preserved in the rock strata so as to avoid the dynamic pressure such as impact ground pressure. A comprehensive assessment is also made of the stope stability and safety and some very beneficial conclusions are drawn.
