深井巷道岩石注浆加固试验与巷道稳定性控制

摘要: 在分析古城煤矿围岩地层结构的基础上,进行了岩石力学参数测试和围岩稳定性分类,得出该矿-850 m水平北大巷属于典型的“不稳定围岩巷道(Ⅳ类)”。针对此巷道类型提出了复合支护方式,并对反底拱支护能力进行了分析,复合支护方式可以使围岩支护体形成封闭式结构,从而有利于提高巷道支护效果。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of stratum structure of wall rock of Gucheng Colliery, rock mechanical parameter test and wall-rock stability classification were made. It was concluded that the main north roadway at 850m level in the colliery is of typical “instable wall rock roadway (Class IV)”. In view of this, compound support mode was proposed and the support capability of inverted arch analyzed. The results indicate that the compound support mode can make the surrounding supporting body to form an enclosed structure, thus facilitating the improvement of the roadway support effect.
