微生物浸出铁闪锌矿的研究

摘要: 为了研究细菌对闪锌矿的浸出效果,从矿山分离到1株对Fe2+ 和元素硫氧化活性高的浸矿细菌,并且进行了浸矿试验。在矿浆浓度15%、温度30 ℃、摇床冲次200 r/min、菌液接种量10%、pH值2.0的浸矿条件下,浸出33 d,矿石中锌的浸出率将近100%;同样条件下浸出铁闪锌矿精矿,浸矿时间33 d,矿石中锌的浸出率为37.9%。结果表明细菌可以促进铁闪锌锌矿石中金属锌的浸出。

Abstract: To study the leaching effect of bacterial on sphalarite, a strain of leaching bacteria that has high activity on Fe2+ and element sulfur is isolated and used in leaching. At the conditions of a pulp density of 15%, table vibration frequency of 200r/min, temperature of 30℃, inoculation amount of 10% and pH value of 2.0, the zinc leaching rate can be nearly 100 % for 33 d leaching and for sphalarite concentrate at the same conditions, 37.9% for 33d. It indicates that bacteria can promote the leaching of metal zinc in sphalarite ore.
