提高选矿回收率的混合药剂制度的研究与应用

摘要: 为提高望儿山金矿选矿回收率,针对该矿的入选矿石性质,进行了大量的小型试验及工业性试验。试验研究及生产应用表明,采用混合药剂制度替代传统的单一药剂制度进行金矿石选别,在精矿品位基本相同时,氧化矿的选矿回收率提高了4.45个百分点,硫化矿的回收率提高了0.70个百分点。有效降低了选矿成本,获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: To improve the beneficiation recovery of Wangershan gold ore, in light of the properties of the mill-feed ore, a large number of small laboratory tests and an industrial test on multiple reagent regime were carried out. The research and production application show that when a reagent multiple regime is used to replace the conventional single reagent regime for gold separation, the recovery of oxide ore can be improved by 4.45 percentage points and that of sulfide ore by 0.70 percentage point at a basically similar concentrate grade. As a result, the beneficiation cost is effectively reduced, indicating good economic benefit.
