摘要: 在金属锰粉悬浮液法制备四氧化三锰过程中存在氧气利用率较低的情况。通过试验证明加入催化剂或烃类化合物后可以提高氧气利用率,两者加入量匹配适当时可以大幅度提高氧气利用率,并不会产生过氧化现象。

关键词: 四氧化三锰, 添加剂, 氧气利用率

Abstract: The oxygen utilization rate is low in manganese tetroxide preparation by metallic manganese powder suspending liquid process. It is demonstrated by the test that the addition of catalyst or hydrocarbon compound can improve the oxygen utilization rate and if the two are added in a well matched ratio, the oxygen utilization rate will be greatly raised without over-oxidation.
