大孤山和东鞍山二段和三段磨矿介质消耗研究

摘要: 提出了按矿石性质、粒度要求、工艺设备不同进行磨矿介质消耗研究的新方法。在对大孤山铁矿石和东鞍山铁矿石磨矿功指数及可磨度进行研究的基础上,计算分析了大孤山选矿厂与东鞍山烧结厂二段、三段磨矿介质消耗的理论消耗系数和实际消耗系数及对比情况,提出了两厂相关磨矿作业降低磨矿介质消耗应加强的工作。

关键词: 磨矿介质, 功指数, 可磨度

Abstract: New method is proposed for the grinding medium consumption research for different requirements on ore properties and grind fineness and the technical equipment. Based on the study on the grind work index and grindability of Dagushan and Donganshan iron ores, the theoretical and practical medium consumption coefficients of the secondary and tertiary grinding in both Dagushan Concentrator and Donganshan Sintering Plant are calculated, analyzed and compared. Based on this, what should be strengthened in reducing the grinding medium of both plants is proposed.
