摘要: 露天境界优化是露天矿开采设计和生产过程控制的重要内容。境界优化需要综合考虑矿山资源状况、开采技术条件、矿产品销售价格、矿石开采及处理成本等众多因素,最终实现矿山生产经济效益最大化。在矿床资源三维块段模型的基础上,介绍了浮动圆锥法境界优化的基本原理,并重点讨论了边坡角在空间不同区域发生变化时境界优化的实现方法,以及复杂边坡角条件下露天境界的形成过程。最后,介绍了浮动圆锥法在矿业软件中的应用实例。

Abstract: Open-pit limit optimization is an important content in open-pit mining design and production process control.Limit optimization requires that mine resource condition, mining technical condition, mineral product sales price, ore mining and processing cost be taken into integral consideration for the final realization of maximized economic benefit of mine production.Based on the 3D block model of mineral source, the paper describes the basic principle of floating cone method for limit optimization, and highlights the realization method of the limit optimization when slope angle changes in different space zones and the formation process of the open-pit limit under complex slope conditions.Finally, real cases of the application of floating cone method in mining softwares are presented.
