摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用波特的钻石体系模型分析成本上升背景下我国金属矿业获得竞争优势的来源与现状，构建了金属矿业的竞争优势模型。分析结果是我国金属矿业竞争优势不明显，但其发展机会较好。从国家层面、行业层面、企业层面上分别提出了实施发展战略的对策建议。

关键词: 金属矿业, 竞争优势战略, 对策, 建议

Abstract: The source of competition superiority of China's metal mining and its status quo are analyzed using Porter's diamond model, and its competition superiority model is constructed. The results show that China's metal mining does not have evident competition superiority but has a good development opportunity. Suggestions are therefore made on the countermeasures for implementing the development strategies of state, trade and enterprise.
