旋流-静态微泡浮选柱提高钼精矿品位和回收率

摘要: 使用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对金堆城钼业公司东沟钼矿进行了中试试验,采用3次精选流程取代现有的7次浮选机精选,钼精矿品位提高到了51.00%~54.00%,回收率达到了92.00%以上,取得了较为理想的试验指标,为该厂下一步扩建提供了工艺参考。

Abstract: Pilot test was made on Jiduicheng molybdenum ore by cyclonic static microbubble flotation column in a flowsheet consisting three cleanings in stead of the existing nine cleanings by flotation cells. As a result, the molybdenum concentrate grade was improved to 51.00 %~54.00% and the recovery was above 92.00%, rather ideal test results, providing technical reference for the further expansion of the concentrator.
